The UNC men's soccer team (5-0-4, 1-0-3 ACC), ranked No. 13 in the country, extended their unbeaten streak to nine games with a 2-0 victory over Elon in a non-conference clash on Tuesday night. It was their second shutout in a row.
The Tar Heels took the lead in the 66th minute when Quenzi Huerman scored his seventh goal of the season from a penalty kick that was awarded after Ernest Bawa was brought down in the box.
